Senior Consultants Steven Hall and Paul Frantz were invited instructors for the inaugural class of Society of Product Safety Professional certificate applicants at the Chaifetz School of Business at St. Louis University.  Dr. Frantz and Mr. Hall taught a class entitled “Human Factors in Incident Investigations: Response and Communication” in April 2019. They presented human factors analysis techniques and case studies regarding the role of warnings and human factors in product safety incidents.
